Cognitant Group, the patient centred provider of accessible, personalised health information and creators of the Healthinote platform, have been accepted to be part of the G-cloud 13 Procurement Framework. G-cloud enables cloud-based solutions to be made available to UK public sectors via a catalogue called the Digital Marketplace. This will make it easier for the UK public sector to make use of Cognitant Group’s services, helping to pursue the company’s mission to improve health outcomes through empowering people with clear, reliable health information.

Cognitant Group’s patient engagement platform, Healthinote, offers over 7,000 pieces of validated patient support content from the NHS and over 75 distinguished charities, and is integrated with over 3,000 GP practices, to serve over 29 million patients with trusted, accessible health information.
Cognitant Group have created health information and support tools across over 20 therapy areas for the NHS. NHS customers have included The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, Cardiff and Vale University Health Fund, Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust, University College London Hospitals, Cambridge University Hospitals and Imperial College Healthcare.
Cognitant Group’s patient engagement programmes deliver, on average, a 70% increase in patient knowledge and a 35% intention to change patient behaviour. On average, people spend over 10 minutes per session viewing Cognitant’s programmes and report and 96% satisfaction level.
